The building’s address is 11 Newcomb Street which is a stellar location near Boston Medical Center. The property, when purchased, consisted of office areas and 15 parking spaces and was owned by Teen Challenge. The buyers, 11 Newcomb, LLC, have plans to do a complete gut renovation of the property to bring 14 units of residential living to the area.
